Project Brief & Quote

During the call or shortly after, we'll provide a tailored quote based on your requirements. If you're ready to move forward, we'll schedule a site visit/survey and prepare your project brief.

Design review, Project initiation, and Site setup

This includes checking that planning permission, structural calculations, Building Control drawings, and Party Wall agreements (if needed) are in place or in progress. While these may be handled by others, we make sure nothing is missed before design begins.

Construction phase

We take full control of the build. Our team prepares the site, sets up the groundwork, and carries out all construction works according to the agreed plans, and scope. From start to finish, we ensure everything is delivered to spec, on time, and to the highest standards.
